We safeguard biodiversity through a unique approach that combines technological monitoring of ecosystems, environmental regeneration through the creation of oases, and education for sustainability for businesses and schools.
Education
3Bee promotes education about biodiversity and sustainability by engaging companies, employees, and managers, as well as schools, universities, and research centers.
Monitoring
3Bee, through monitoring technologies, Flora, Spectrum, Hive-Tech and Polly X, contributes to the safeguarding of biodiversity.
Regeneration
3Bee has planted over 50,000 nectar-producing trees in 18 Italian regions, creating over 200 biodiversity oases with benefits for over 800 million pollinators.
Regenerate
We work tirelessly to develop advanced technologies for biodiversity monitoring, regeneration, and certification. Our ultimate goal is to create the largest ecological corridor in Europe, made up of interconnected biodiversity oases.
Protect
We are committed to restoring 40% of global biodiversity, confident that once this milestone is reached, nature will be able to regenerate and thrive on its own.
Educate
We imagine a future in which biodiversity flourishes in every corner of our planet, a world in which every individual recognizes and appreciates the richness of natural diversity, challenging the monotony of monocultures not only in nature but also in human communities.

2017
It all began with an idea from Niccolò Calandri and Riccardo Balzaretti: childhood friends who, after completing their PhDs abroad, decided to return to Italy to found a company that would create a tangible impact on the environment.
The Team of Change
3Bee is composed of more than 50 biodiversity experts, a multidisciplinary team of scientists, engineers, data scientists, and industry professionals working together to develop innovative solutions for the environment.
Innovation Team
The Innovation Team is the driving force behind our cutting-edge technological solutions. The Research and Development team is dedicated to designing and implementing advanced technologies for biodiversity. Supported by the Grant and Finance Teams, which act as catalysts by turning innovative visions into tangible realities, they identify funding and incentives that fuel our environmental preservation mission.
Regeneration Team
The 3Bee Regeneration Team is the driving force behind our sustainability projects. Composed of Business Development experts, this team works closely with companies to identify and develop tailored regeneration projects. Biodiversity Strategists guide clients through every phase of the project, ensuring a fulfilling experience. In parallel, the Community Team engages with our extensive network of growers and biodiversity cultivators, recreating habitats every day.
Communication Team
The Communication Team plays a crucial role in expanding the reach of our message and strengthening 3Bee's identity. The Brand Team constantly strives to improve and communicate the image and values of 3Bee, while the Communication Team focuses on educating schools, managers, and collaborators, spreading the awareness and knowledge needed to build a more biodiverse and sustainable world.
